Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Engineering Disciplines (Materials/IT/Electrical/Chemical): Candidates must possess a full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. Engg) in the relevant branch from a recognized university/institute with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)[cite: 1458].
- MT (Marketing): MBA/PGDBM/PGDM in Marketing/Agribusiness or B.Sc in Agriculture with M.Sc (Agriculture) with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)[cite: 1458].
- MT (F&A): Bachelor’s Degree with CA/CMA OR Two years full-time MBA/PGDM in Finance with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)[cite: 1458].

Selection Process
- Step 1: Offline OMR Based Examination: Eligible candidates will be called for an OMR Based objective type test consisting of discipline-related questions and an aptitude test (150 Questions, 2 Hours)[cite: 1537, 1540, 1560, 1561].
- Step 2: Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify the written exam will be provisionally shortlisted for a Personal Interview in the ratio of 1:5 based on merit[cite: 1568].
- Step 3: Final Merit: Prepared by giving 80% weightage to the OMR test and 20% weightage to the Personal Interview[cite: 1580].
