MPPSC Assistant Town Planner Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 39 Vacancies
Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released the latest notification for the recruitment of Assistant Town Planner (Sahayak Nagar Niyojak) under the Urban Development Department, Madhya Pradesh. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online from 01 July 2026 to 31 July 2026. Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning (4 Years duration) from a recognized institute.
- OR a Master’s Degree (M.Plan) in Urban Planning, Regional Planning, Transport Planning, Environmental Planning, Housing, Infrastructure, etc., or have passed the AITP Examination.
- Note: B.E. or M.E. degrees in Traffic and Transport are not valid for this recruitment.
- Candidates from other states are exempted from employment registration; however, MP domicile candidates must produce a valid employment registration certificate at the time of the interview.
Age Limit (As on 01/01/2027)
- Minimum Age Required: 21 Years.
- Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Madhya Pradesh Government rules, up to a maximum limit of 45 years for reserved categories and women.
Selection Process
- The selection will be based on an OMR-based Objective Type Written Examination.
- There will be a provision for Negative Marking in the examination.
- Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for an Interview (3 times the number of vacancies).
