The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the detailed notification for the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2026. Age Limit (As on 01/08/2026)

Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The SSC CGL selection process comprises multiple tiers and document verification[cite: 14]:
- Tier-I Examination: A Computer Based Examination consisting of 100 objective multiple-choice questions (25 questions each from General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension) carrying 200 marks[cite: 14].
